Stacey Cohen

Stacey Cohen has been a certified yoga instructor for over 10 years, practicing both kundalini yoga as well as vinyasa, with origins in ashtanga. Practicing yoga was a natural evolution from her 20 years as a professional massage therapist and energy healer; an extension of her passion to share her knowledge and love of healing. The theme of opening and expanding ourselves to become greater vessels for the divine, while inducing the circulation of healing energy throughout our bodies and minds; permeates through all that she does on the mat and off!! Hopefully you will enjoy practicing and learning together with this very sweet and empowering practice.
